Movies at the Library

Cole Library hosts two regular movie events during the school year: a Monday Matinee Movie for Adults and Early out Movies.

Monday Morning Movies (Summer)

Beginning June 4th, each Monday morning at 10 a.m. Cole Library will host Monday Morning Movies in Room 108. The library will show a feature G or PG rated movie. Mount Vernon Bank and Trust is sponsoring this program. Each person in attendance will get a free popcorn and drink.

July 2: Sing
July 9: Cars
July 16: Early Man
July 23: Black Panther – PG-13

 

Matinee Movies for Adults

Shown at 1 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month during the year. The title of the movie is chosen on a monthly basis. Popcorn and a soft drink are provided.

June 25:  I, Tonya
July 30: Phantom Thread
August: All the Money in the World

Early Out Movies

Cole Library and Mount Vernon Bank have partnered to bring you movies. On Mount Vernon’s Early Out days Cole Library will show one feature length film at 1:30 p.m.  Mount Vernon Bank will provide popcorn and a drink for each person. This free program is a public library event and is not affiliated with the Mount Vernon School District.   We need to have families call 895-4271 and reserve a seat.
Early Out Movies will return in the fall.
